Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. has represented World Tell (international company) and Telecard in negotiating a Contract for operation of WLL Payphones in Pakistan. This involved extensive study of Telecom laws in Pakistan; Contract for Registrar’s services to PTCL; several power projects related assignments; Foreign currency financing for National Highway Authority and several other projects.

We have acted in numerous debt and equity structures for telecom companies such as WorldCall Telecom Limited, TeleCard Limited, Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited, Paktel Limited and DV Com Limited , involving acquisition of WLL and LDI Licenses and related project costs.
